1. Introduction

CalcVerse Pro (accessible at newsjankari.in) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), CalcVerse Pro will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on CalcVerse Pro infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated copyright agent with the information outlined in this policy. Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notification, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that content available on CalcVerse Pro infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your notification must be a written communication that includes the following information as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

3. Required Information for DMCA Claims

Your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:

  1. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  3. Identification of the infringing material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit CalcVerse Pro to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of your notice is the most effective way to help us locate the content.
  4. Contact information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

⚠️ Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by CalcVerse Pro. Please ensure your claim is legitimate before filing.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (URL of the content on CalcVerse Pro).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which CalcVerse Pro may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, CalcVerse Pro will promptly provide the person who submitted the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that the removed material will be restored in 10 to 14 business days. Unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the content provider, the removed material will be restored within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, CalcVerse Pro has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. CalcVerse Pro may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will act promptly to address valid claims.
